Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.

What happens if a message fails?

Failed messages are automatically refunded to your credit balance in real-time. No manual requests needed.

How many credits does one SMS consume?

One standard SMS (up to 160 characters) = 1 credit. Longer messages or Unicode characters consume multiple credits. The system calculates this automatically before sending.

Is DLT registration included?

DLT validation is included in all plans. However, you must register your templates with TRAI separately. We validate against your registered templates before sending.

What are TPS limits?

TPS (Transactions Per Second) controls how many messages you can send per second. Starter has 10 TPS. Growth and Enterprise tiers offer higher limits based on your needs.

Do you guarantee uptime?

We don't make uptime guarantees. The platform is production-ready and actively monitored, but we don't commit to specific SLA percentages.

Can I send promotional SMS?

No. BharatSend is designed exclusively for transactional messages (OTP, alerts, notifications). Promotional SMS is not supported.

How do I track credit usage?

Your dashboard provides real-time credit balance and a full ledger of all transactions. You can also query this via API.
